When will my item ship?

All items will ship the same day for orders placed before noon EST. All orders placed after noon will ship the following business day.

Where do items ship from?

All items will ship from our NC office located in Morrisville, NC.

How do I get tracking information?

You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships. You can also access it in the "My Account" section of the store under order history.

How can I change my order?

Please contact customer service immediately so that we can stop your shipment!
